It is designed to fit the 2019 and newer Subaru Forester vehicles. Now, this side view mirror is a direct replacement for the driver's side factory mirror that's on your vehicle. As you can see, it is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. Does offer power remote capability, which means you can adjust your mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle. It's in a nice, durable plastic housing. Has a nice textured black finish to it and it can be painted to match your vehicle.
The glass on it is an OE grade flat glass with first surface platting, reflects any clear images. And the front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome, and it is a flat lens, so it does reflect true representation of the object size. It is a breakaway design. The mirror does fold when struck to prevent any breakage. And it is an easy no drill installation.
You can see it has the same footprint and mounting points as the factory mirror, and it also plugs into your existing electrical wiring. Few specs on this, this part here will replace the original equipment part number of 91036SJ500. It is for quantity of one driver's side mirror. Now, one note I do wanna mention is that the power remote capability on this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has that function.
